I needed a vehicle on short-notice for a road trip the week before Christmas. The National companies couldn’t accommodate my needs. Thankfully, I searched Google Maps for other car rental companies and Agent of Change popped up. What attracted me to this company was its location (close to my home) and its many 5-star reviews. I assure you - this company lives up to its reviews! I called, a live person answered the phone immediately, I was explained all the terms of the rental over the phone, then scheduled a pickup appointment. Easy! Actually, due to a work emergency, I had to push my pickup date back one day (from a Saturday to a Sunday) and there were no issues whatsoever. Upon arrival, the offices were nice, owner was friendly and professional, we executed all documents which reflected our telephone conversation to a tee, and I drove off in a brand new Altima, which I happened to love for its handling. The return/check-in process was just as easy. Also had some really great conversation with Mr. Harvey, who has a wealth of knowledge on business and life issues.
