Excellent experience renting from this local business! I needed a vehicle on short-notice for a road trip the week before Christmas. The National companies couldn’t accommodate my needs. Thankfully, I searched Google Maps for other car rental companies and Agent of Change popped up. What attracted me to this company was its location (close to my home) and its many 5-star reviews. I assure you - this company lives up to its reviews! I called, a live person answered the phone immediately, I was explained all the terms of the rental over the phone, then scheduled a pickup appointment. Easy! Actually, due to a work emergency, I had to push my pickup date back one day (from a Saturday to a Sunday) and there were no issues whatsoever. Upon arrival, the offices were nice, owner was friendly and professional, we executed all documents which reflected our telephone conversation to a tee, and I drove off in a brand new Altima, which I happened to love for its handling. The return/check-in process was just as easy. Also had some really great conversation with Mr. Harvey, who has a wealth of knowledge on business and life issues. Am looking forward to using Agent of Change in the future and I will be recommending them every chance I get!

We got our rental from this company in July due to accident and let me tell you this company is so professional and works with you weather you need daily or weekly he will help . His car ran perfect was clean well taken car of . Hands down 5 start rating and anyone I know that needs a rental I will be referring. Mr. George is one of the best. He was very professional. I rented a 2021 Carolla and the car drove wonderful. Great on gas as well. Thank you so much for making my car rental experience wonderful.
